Pet Porte products are designed for the convenience of you and your pet and have built in security features to reduce the risk of other animals entering your home. It is not possible to fully guarantee the exclusion of all other animals in all circumstances. Pet Porte will not accept liability for any damage or inconvenience caused by unwanted animals who may gain access to your home.
Once an order has been recieved along with full payment Pet Porte will send confirmation by email and begin processing of your order. Whilst we normally aim to dispatch your purchase the next working day after order confirmation, this process can take up to seven working days. Should there be a problem or delay with this processing time we will contact you by phone or email to notify you of the situation.

Guernsey, Jersey and Mainland UK orders are sent using Guernsey Post's "Standard Letter Service". More information is available at www.guernseypost.com
Orders outside the UK but within the EU are sent using Airsure. Airsure is a fast, secure and reliable airmail service with electronic tracking, operating to 27 countries. It is not time guaranteed.
Worldwide customers outside the EU are requested to contact Pet Porte prior to ordering for a full break down on delivery charges and methods.

Pet Porte is committed to giving you the best possible products, and service. However, in the unlikely event of finding your purchases to be faulty or damaged in transit then we will be pleased to arrange either a refund or replacement product.
Pet Porte also offer a full, 7 day, money back guarantee on our products purchased directly from Pet Porte's online store or by telephone. If you are not happy with your purchase within this period you are entitled to a full refund. Please note that Pet Porte do require from you, the consumer, a reasonable duty of care with your product. Wilful damage, accident, negligence by you may effect this offer. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

When you register your product with Pet Port your name, address and postcode, date of purchase, place of purchase, product serial number and your cat’s microchip number are required and stored by us. This information allows us to recognise you as one of our customers and offers you the quickest and most efficient support available.
We also keep a record of your orders which means we have the relevant information to hand should you encounter a problem with your purchase. Pet Porte does not store any credit card details.
A record of any email correspondence is also kept to track any problems you may have encountered with your purchase and to allow us to come to a quick and efficient solution.
