Pet Porte Microchip Cat Flap

I would just like to say a big thank you for your fantastic product! I recently obtained 2 very nervous rescue
cats and was worried about them firstly, wearing collars and secondly getting collars on them living in a
neighbourhood where there are alot of cats, it is necessary to have some kind of access controls to the house
for our cats and we had an infrared cat flap which would necessitate the cats wearing bulky collar
keys on collars and the idea of getting collars onto them seemed rather daunting to say the least!

In the nick of time a friend of mine told me about seeing your product advertised on the internet and I
immediately ordered one which arrived very quickly. The product was easily installed in the kitchen door and
'programming' the cats was so simple, I don't even think they noticed it being done. I am amazed at how
quickly they took to using the flap too, having never encountered one in their livese before, but thanks to the
nice large flap they were happily using the flap without a bat of the eyelid from the moment it was revealed to them.

So I just wanted to say thank you PetPorte for a fantastic product which has made my cats lives complete!

Just like to say how absolutly fabulous the cat flap is.

I've slashed my cat food bill now I'm not feeding the entire street, my cat that is a bit "cuddly" can finally fit
through a sensible size hole without squeezing and I'm no longer throwing stray cats out of my
spare bedroom after a screaming cat fight on the landing at 4 in the morning!! Great stuff!

Simon and Snoop

Hi, I thought I'd email you with some feed back. As you will probably be aware I brought a PetPorte Catflap and extension lead from you recently. Our cat, Snoop is a 4 year old male black and was until recently the boss. However, two younger male cats have moved into the area and one is a Siamese who is particularly aggressive. They both have dislodges Snoop from his position by fighting. Now that the reign of Snoop seems temprorarly over various the locals have started coming into the house through the normal cat flap, eating his food, sleeping on the sofas and generally making Snoop nervous.

As we have not long moved into our house one of the things that had to be done amongst other decorating was to replace the front door which was badly damaged in the inside by the previous canine occupant. Since this has been done and the PetPorte catflap is now in, it works. Snoop now comes and goes as he pleases and sometimes just sits looking out of what is a large window in the front door watching the locals try to get it with what looks like a smile on his face.

So simply, thanks, its a great idea and one that saves us lots of money on stolen food and early morning wake ups with Snoop fighting a throwing other cats out of his house.

The only suggestion is that on the advert for this product you could add that the catflap needs to be as low as possible so that the chip in the cats neck can be read easily.

...you rock! I received my cat flap a short while ago, and we (Minnie, my husband and I) couldn't be
happier. We've been through all the models, I think, starting with a regular cat flap (resulting in empty
food bowls and tomcat pee all over the place), two types of magnet cat flaps (Minnie hates the magnet
and "lost" it every week, and the tomcat quickly learned how to push the first type of flap open, and then two
cats showed up in our house that had the same type of magnet, oh well), and now your Pet Porte flap.

I love it, it was so easy to program Minnie's chip into the flap, and installing it was a snap too. Finally, this
seems to be the perfect solution for everyone. Except maybe for the tomcat. ;-)

I think Minnie even looks a little smug now. :-)

Again, thank you very much for this excellent cat flap. It answered all
our needs. I've recommended you to every cat owner I know.

I have had my petporte now for nearly 6 months and I wanted to say how delighted we, both humans and
felines alike, are with it. The Evil Elvis who kept coming in and spraying has been thwarted. He occasionally
takes advantage of open doors or windows to upset everyone but that is quite rare in comparison with his
previous daily attentions. I have recommended the petporte to friends and family.

I was really getting depressed having to constantly clean up after someone else’s cat and Kiki and Jago, who
officially live here, were showing signs of stress. So many thanks to you all.
